Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification and valid Maryland BCBA license required
  • Demonstrated experience providing ABA services, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong ability to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for diverse student populations
  • Confidence in training, coaching, and supporting teachers & staff
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention and support plans
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students across K-12 settings
  • Deliver training, consultation, and professional development for school staff and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student achievement
