Qualifications & Experience

  • Active BCBA certification and a valid Massachusetts LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, writing and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans, and supporting IEP meetings
  • Bilingual Spanish skills highly desired
  • Confident supervising and training paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide support across 23 school locations within the district (34 hours per week)
  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Develop, adapt, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Maintain meticulous data collection, graphing, and progress reporting
  • Model and coach evidence-based behavioral techniques for school staff
