Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Madison, NJ

Blazer Jobs is working with a supportive school district in Madison, New Jersey, to hire a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 academic year. This role focuses on serving elementary-aged students and offers a consistent, part-time schedule for professionals looking to make a meaningful difference while maintaining flexibility.

Position Details:

• Dates: September 3, 2025 – June 19, 2026

• Schedule: 3 days per week, 15 hours total

• Caseload: Elementary students

• Location: Onsite at an elementary school in Madison, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to implement behavioral strategies

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral best practices

• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school and district guidelines

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification

• Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred

• Familiarity with school-based ABA practices and compliance standards

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
