Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Mechanicsville, Maryland

This full-time position seeks two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work with students in grades K-12. Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active BCBA licensure in Maryland
• Experience working with K-12 students or within educational settings is highly preferred
• Strong skills in functional behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Adaptable and organized, able to manage dynamic caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Provide training and ongoing support for teachers, staff, and families in implementing behavior plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and observed outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
• Foster positive learning environments and contribute to student success across grade levels
