Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Dates: August 18, 2025 – June 5, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5–40 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $48+
Position Overview:
Join a collaborative school district team in Monroe, NC, as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year! In this district-wide role, you’ll work alongside another onsite BCBA to develop and implement behavior support strategies and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to foster positive behavioral outcomes
Supervise RBTs and ensure compliance with BACB supervision standards
Train school personnel in behavior management techniques
Monitor and track student data to assess intervention effectiveness
Requirements:
Active BCBA Licensure
Prior school-based experience preferred
Familiarity with North Carolina's IEP system
Knowledge of RBT supervision requirements
