Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5–40 hours per week
Caseload: Collaborative role with another onsite BCBA; includes supervision of multiple RBTs
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in Monroe, North Carolina for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, onsite position involves providing direct and indirect support to students and staff, conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and offering supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to implement effective behavioral strategies
Supervise and support RBTs in alignment with BACB guidelines
Provide professional development and training on behavior management to school staff
Maintain thorough documentation and data to monitor student progress
Work in alignment with North Carolina IEP systems and protocols
Active BCBA Licensure
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with North Carolina IEP systems
Understanding of RBT supervision standards and best practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Competitive Pay: Starting at $90/hour (Rate increase currently under request)
