Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5–40 hours per week
Caseload: Collaborative role with another onsite BCBA; includes supervision of multiple RBTs

Position Overview:

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in Monroe, North Carolina for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, onsite position involves providing direct and indirect support to students and staff, conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and offering supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to implement effective behavioral strategies

• Supervise and support RBTs in alignment with BACB guidelines

• Provide professional development and training on behavior management to school staff

• Maintain thorough documentation and data to monitor student progress

• Work in alignment with North Carolina IEP systems and protocols

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Licensure

• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

• Familiarity with North Carolina IEP systems

• Understanding of RBT supervision standards and best practices

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
