Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | New Castle, Delaware

Make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students for the duration of a contract through late June 2027. This onsite role, located near New Castle, DE, involves working across multiple educational sites and offers the chance to collaborate directly with staff and students in a dynamic environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid BCBA license (must be submitted with your application)
• Experience working within school settings or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and data collection practices
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to complete all required onboarding paperwork and screenings, including CBC fingerprinting ($85 fee) and Child Protective Registry Check
• Ability to work onsite across designated school locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral assessments and create evidence-based intervention plans for individual students and groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service professionals to support student success
• Coach staff in the implementation of behavioral interventions and best practices
• Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments as needed
• Complete necessary documentation, reports, and ongoing case notes
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed

Schedule & Assignment Details:

• Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid lunch daily)
• Assignment runs ASAP through June 28, 2027
• Onsite work at PS Dupont, BHS, and CHS
