Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Newtonville, MA

This full-time, contract position is available for an immediate start and will run through December 18, 2026, with the districts intent to renew in 3-month intervals. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be crucial as you collaborate with educators and team members to implement and monitor effective behavioral interventions. Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
• Must also be certified as a behavior technician (BT)
• Open to applicants with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials; the district does not provide BCBA supervision
• Previous school-based ABA experience is a must
• Strong skills in ABA strategies and intervention
• Reliable transportation for daily commute is essential
• Must reside within a comfortable distance from the school
• Paraprofessionals are not eligible for this role
