What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced BCBA who is comfortable in a school-based environment and ready to support students and staff in achieving behavioral success. Candidates must meet all state and local certification requirements, including:

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with the appropriate endorsement (e.g., School Support Personnel or other ISBE-approved credentials)

  • Ability to pass all school district background checks and fingerprinting

  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

  • Provide ongoing support and training to RBTs, paraprofessionals, and school staff

  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families

  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data

  • Promote inclusive, positive learning environments across general and special education settings
