This contract position starts as soon as possible and runs through December 18, 2026, with an initial three-month agreement and strong intentions to extend based on district needs. Youll play a crucial role in helping students develop vital skills using applied behavior analysis principles in a collaborative, school-based setting.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • Open to candidates with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials who are capable of independent practice (district cannot provide BCBA supervision)
  • Strong experience working with ASD populations in general education settings
  • Must be a Behavior Technician (BT)
  • Previous school-based experience is essential
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the area
  • Comfortable with a contract model and varying assignments
  • No paraprofessional roles will be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and behavior intervention to middle school students with ASD
  • Collaborate with general education staff to support seamless inclusion
  • Design, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior support plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation and program fidelity
