Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Saint Johns, FL

Make an impact across multiple schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Jacksonville area, providing vital support to exceptional education (ESE) programs and school teams. This full-time, itinerant contract position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment, helping shape positive outcomes for students by empowering staff and supporting RBTs.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold current, active BCBA certification
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
• Strong communication and consultation skills when working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to model and provide expert training for staff in ESE self-contained programs
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing related support documentation
• Able to supervise 12 RBTs if required
• Must complete required fingerprinting protocols, including verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse and obtainment of a JLA badge

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day), on-site only
• Assigned to support multiple schools throughout Jacksonville as an itinerant BCBA
• Indirect rolefocus on staff training, behavioral program development, modeling, FBA writing, observations, and attendance at related meetings
• Opportunity for professional supervision of RBTs in the district
