Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid special education teaching license, school social worker license, or school psychologist license issued by the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB)
  • OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (nationally certified) or in active progress toward obtaining this certification
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting behavioral assessments and delivering insightful, behavior analytic interpretations
  • Previous experience collaborating with parents, school personnel, and community providers preferred
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and creating tailored behavioral intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for assigned student caseloads
  • Interpret assessment results, sharing findings and recommendations with stakeholders (parents, school staff, and community partners)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and consultation to educational staff to ensure interventions are delivered with fidelity
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state standards
