Caseload: K-8th Grade, Full Time: Monday-Friday 8-3:45pm
Job Details:
  • Supervising RBTs
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders and difficulties.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Work diligent with other staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and providing input regarding students' communication needs.
Qualifications:
  • Georgia State BCBA License required.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
