Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Somerville, MA

This full-time opportunity consists of 35 hours each week, with placements at Hemenway Elementary and Walsh Middle School. The assignment begins as soon as possible and is anticipated to run through June 15, 2027. While the current need is immediate, there is potential to extend the contract should the district seek to continue the partnership.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Active Massachusetts license/certification in good standing
• Demonstrated school-based experience with elementary and middle school students
• Familiarity supporting, consulting, and collaborating on IEP service delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Must complete CORI background check and fingerprinting (CORI process is conducted in person at the districts main office)

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and consultation for students in substantially separate and inclusive settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff on individualized student plans
• Deliver training, resources, and ongoing coaching to school teams on best practices
• Support data-driven decision-making and intervention development
• Ensure fidelity to IEP service delivery and compliance with related guidelines
