Essential Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (active or eligibility to obtain)
  • Washington State BCBA license, or willingness to secure before the start date
  • Ability and motivation to complete fingerprinting via OSPI as part of onboarding
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students or in educational settings is highly valued
  • Demonstrated expertise in supervising Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral analytic support district-wide for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Assess, design, and adjust intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Deliver supervision for BSAs, ensuring fidelity to intervention implementation and staff development
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to promote student progress and skill building
  • Adhere to all ethical, regulatory, and district guidelines, including timely completion of required documentation and reporting
