Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (screenshot of current certificate required with application)
  • School-based BCBA or Autism Specialist background highly preferred
  • Proficiency conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Demonstrated coaching expertise for teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
  • Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel between four school sites (reliable transportation needed)
  • Able to successfully complete fingerprinting, CORI/background check, and drug screening

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavior consultation services within school environments
  • Conduct FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs
  • Provide classroom-based coaching and support for educators and paraprofessionals
  • Foster inclusive and effective autism supports
  • Support students and staff across four sites; adapt strategies as needed
