Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across K–12 settings
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior strategies
- Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
- Ensure compliance with state, district, and ethical guidelines
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible for Florida licensure (if applicable)
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Ability to complete fingerprint/background check
- Hourly pay: $44–$49+ depending on assignment and licensure
