Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position with a local school district in West Chicago, IL for the 2025–2026 school year. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision and training to school staff and paraprofessionals on behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education and behavioral services
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Must meet Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) qualifications or licensure requirements for school-based BCBAs
Prior experience working in a school or child-centered environment preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
