Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting located in West Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will contribute to a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment by delivering essential services aligned with the needs of the district and its students. This position is for the 2025–2026 School Year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized behavioral assessment and intervention services tailored to student needs.

• Monitor and document student progress and behavior data to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective behavior support plans.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student growth and success.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois BCBA certification and licensure

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Experience with behavior management training and data-driven decision making

• Bilingual skills a plus
