Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting located in West Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will contribute to a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment by delivering essential services aligned with the needs of the district and its students. This position is for the 2025–2026 School Year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized behavioral assessment and intervention services tailored to student needs.
Monitor and document student progress and behavior data to inform treatment decisions.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective behavior support plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student growth and success.
Requirements:
Active Illinois BCBA certification and licensure
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience with behavior management training and data-driven decision making
Bilingual skills a plus
