Location: Willimantic, CT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 40 Hours per week
Contract Dates: August 21, 2025 – June 11, 2026 (2025-2026 School Year)
Caseload: Varies by assignment (if applicable)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role in Willimantic, CT. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator dedicated to supporting the academic and functional needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support in non-academic areas, tailored to individual student behavioral and functional needs

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans and instructional goals in accordance with district and IEP requirements

• Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies

• Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using formal and informal tools

• Prepare for and actively participate in IEP meetings related to student programming and services

Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or appropriate credential

• Experience working in school settings preferred

• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, data collection, and behavior intervention strategies

• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
