Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Windsor, Colorado

In this full-time contract position, youll work across multiple campuses, providing valuable expertise and guidance to empower staff and enrich behavioral and autism programs. What Youll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and a current Colorado license
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing/overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Comfort working with both behavior and autism programs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse educational teams
• Commitment to providing onsite, in-person support

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and collaborate across multiple school sites, K-12
• Support district staff in managing and enhancing behavior and autism programs
• Provide expert consultation on behavioral strategies, interventions, and best practices
• Conduct FBAs and ensure quality, individualized BIPs
• Supervise and guide two RBTs to ensure effective intervention implementation
• Deliver hands-on coaching, training, and professional development to school personnel
