Full-Time School-Based BCBA – Winnetka, IL

Blazer Jobs is hiring an experienced BCBA for a full-time role within a top-tier school district in Winnetka, Illinois—a lakeside village consistently ranked among the best places to live in the U.S. Known for its picturesque architecture and strong public schools, Winnetka blends community charm with exceptional educational support.

This role is ideal for a BCBA passionate about developing student-centered behavioral strategies in a collaborative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar assessments

• Create and monitor BIPs tailored to student needs

• Provide in-classroom support to ensure fidelity of interventions

• Lead training for staff and classroom aides on ABA practices

• Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed

• Serve as a valued member of the IEP and MTSS teams

Required Credentials:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

• Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsements or recognition under ISBE standards

• Experience working in public school systems strongly preferred
