You will support elementary and middle school students at both Hemenway Elementary and Walsh Middle School, providing both direct and consultative services within substantially separate and inclusion classrooms. Your skills will help shape positive student outcomes as you work closely with educators to implement IEPs and foster collaborative, inclusive learning environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, active and in good standing in Massachusetts
• Prior experience within school settings, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with IEP-driven service delivery
• Ability to support students across a range of needs in both separate and inclusion settings
• Commitment to completing required CORI and fingerprinting processes, including in-person verification at the main district office
• Professional, flexible, and collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support, consultation, and data-driven interventions for elementary and middle school caseloads
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff on effective behavior strategies
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and help ensure compliance with IEP requirements
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, promoting best practices in behavioral support
