Anoka-Hennepin Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to join our support team for the 2025–2026 school year. This onsite role will provide essential behavioral support across three elementary schools, working in collaboration with a second BIS and a Special Education Administrator.
Position Details:
Support behavioral intervention programs across three elementary schools
Work closely with students, staff, and administrators to promote positive behavioral strategies
Provide data-driven support to enhance student engagement and reduce behavioral disruptions
Collaborate with school personnel to implement individual and school-wide behavior plans
Eligibility:
Candidates must hold a Tier 3 or Tier 4 license
Can be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a licensed Special Education Teacher
