Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ready to make a real impact in students’ lives? We’re seeking a passionate, data-driven BCBA to join a collaborative school team in Aurora, IL. You’ll work hands-on to improve behavioral outcomes and help students reach their full academic and emotional potential.

As a school-based BCBA in Aurora, you'll serve as a key support for students with behavioral needs by delivering evidence-based strategies, leading collaboration with staff and families, and overseeing progress tracking.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior triggers and patterns
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that meet individual student needs
Use ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate outcomes and make adjustments
Consult and collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families
Provide on-site training and coaching to educators and support staff
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Certification: Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience: School-based experience preferred, but strong candidates from clinical backgrounds welcome
