Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Onsite

An exceptional opportunity is now open with a supportive and student-centered school district in Aurora, IL. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral support initiatives and contribute to student success throughout the 2025–2026 school year.


Position Summary:

This is a part-time, onsite role designed for a BCBA who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about developing and implementing effective, evidence-based behavioral strategies in a school setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to support student engagement and academic growth

  • Provide consultation, coaching, and training to school staff on behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and positive behavior supports

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with treatment protocols and ethical standards as outlined by the BACB

  • Monitor data collection, progress tracking, and treatment fidelity


Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Proven experience in school-based settings, including leading ABA teams and supervising RBTs
