Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Beebe, AR, to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year. This opportunity offers competitive pay, strong support, and professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Beebe, AR (Onsite or Remote)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Start Date: August 13, 2025

• End Date: May 21, 2026

• Caseload: Early Intervention (Ages 3-5)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans

• Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies

• Provide training and support to educators and staff on behavioral strategies

• Monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines

State Requirements:

• Must hold an active BCBA certification

• Must meet Arkansas state licensing requirements for practice in school settings

• Experience in early intervention (ages 3-5) preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
