Onsite or Remote BCBA Needed for School Services - Per Diem

Applicants must hold a Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field,  hold an active BCBA license, and must have experience as a BCBA.

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school district in Beebe, Arkansas. This position is available onsite or remote and offers a per diem opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference in student lives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to measure student progress

• Train and collaborate with school staff and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies

• Work closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators to ensure student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

• Active Arkansas state licensure (if applicable)

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children or students in a behavioral health setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills
