Are you passionate about supporting students with disabilities and ready to make a difference immediately? We are hiring multiple school-based Paraprofessionals and Behavior Technician Aides (BTAs) for a variety of roles across PreK, Elementary, and Middle School classrooms in the Belmont–Redwood City area.

School Location: Belmont, CA

Job Overview:

• Full-time & Part-time roles available | Per diem also offered??????
• Dates: 8/14/2025 - 6/5/2026
• Monday – Friday | Up to 30 hours/week
• Hourly Pay: Competitive compensation at $25 and up 
• Caseload: PreK-12 special need students (placements based on experience & preference)

 

Positions may support:

• Inclusion classrooms

• Resource/Learning Centers

• Students with severe disabilities

• Toileting assistance

• Health tasks such as NG tube feeding and catheterization (Health Aides only)

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent school-based experience (clinical-only background not sufficient)

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Reliable transportation and willingness to sub on short notice

• Comfortable assisting with toileting and personal care

• Team-oriented and flexible

 

Special Considerations for BTAs:

• Experience with children who have disabilities and/or behavioral challenges

• Classroom experience (not only clinical/in-home)

• Informal behavior training or ABA/RBT/BCAT background preferred

Crisis intervention training (e.g., CPI, Safety Care) is a plus
