Northeast of Albany NY hiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 25-26 School Year

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives? Our school district is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 25-26 school year!

Location: Bennington VT (1 hour drive northeast from Albany NY)
Full-time or Part time
Onsite - in person 
Caseload: K-12 school level
Dates: August 27, 2025 – June 12, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement positive behavior strategies.

• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding behavior supports.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.

• Experience working in a school setting preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
