Elementary School Seeking BCBA for Current School Year

Applicants must hold a Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field,  hold an active BCBA license, and must have experience as a BCBA.

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role working with an elementary school caseload in Bennington, Vermont. This position focuses on supporting learners with trauma and autism.

Requirements:

• Active Vermont BCBA certification
• Minimum of one year of experience working with students with autism or trauma backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and track student progress
• Provide direct support to students in an elementary school setting
• Collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to implement effective interventions
• Train school staff on behavior management techniques
