Onsite Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Needed in Bennington, VT

Our partner school in Bennington, VT is searching for a full-time, onsite, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. We are looking for a hard-working and caring candidate to join our team and support our students and staff for a successful school year! 

Requirements:

• Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
• Must have active licensure in Vermont

• August 2025 - June 2026
• Full-time: 35 Hour A Week
• Caseload: K-12th Grade Students
• Provide consultation and training
• Create and implement BSPs and FBAs 

• Pay Range: $45-50 per hour, depending on previous experience 

• Determine the underlying causes of problematic behaviors; conduct thorough functional behavior assessments.
• Create customized behavior intervention strategies based on assessment data.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior.

• You will receive a compensation package including health, vision, dental benefits, 401K matching after 90 days of employment
• An hourly payrate based upon previous experience, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
