We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in collaboration with a school district in Boston, Massachusetts. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavior analysis services that support the unique needs of students, helping them thrive in academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Implement, monitor, and revise BIPs to ensure consistent progress and positive outcomes

  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote cohesive behavior support strategies

  • Provide training and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing treatment decisions

  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports as required

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and varying needs

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary school team
