We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in collaboration with a school district in Boston, Massachusetts. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavior analysis services that support the unique needs of students, helping them thrive in academic and social settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Implement, monitor, and revise BIPs to ensure consistent progress and positive outcomes
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote cohesive behavior support strategies
Provide training and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing treatment decisions
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports as required
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and varying needs
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary school team
