Your Role at a Glance

As a BCBA in this K–12 school environment, you'll take a leadership role in evaluating student needs, developing and guiding behavioral plans, and supporting staff through training and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and summarize findings in clear, actionable reports

• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student goals

• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions and adjust interventions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers, counselors, and special educators

• Provide training and consultation to staff and parents on behavior strategies and implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Certification: Must hold active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Preferred Experience: School-based experience preferred; clinical experience also considered

• Key Traits: Clear communicator, collaborative mindset, strong analytical and organizational skills
