We are seeking a dedicated and credentialed BCBA to join a student-centered, school-based team in Bristol, Connecticut. This full-time opportunity allows you to work closely with educators, students, and families to create meaningful behavior change in a supportive educational setting.

As a BCBA in this K–12 school environment, you'll take a leadership role in evaluating student needs, developing and guiding behavioral plans, and supporting staff through training and consultation.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and summarize findings in clear, actionable reports
Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student goals
Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decisions and adjust interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers, counselors, and special educators
Provide training and consultation to staff and parents on behavior strategies and implementation
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Certification: Must hold active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Preferred Experience: School-based experience preferred; clinical experience also considered
