As an RBT, you will deliver direct behavior intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans, collecting progress data, and supporting students in both academic and social settings.


Responsibilities

  • Behavior Plan Implementation: Carry out individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA

  • Direct ABA Therapy: Provide one-on-one and small group support to improve communication, self-regulation, and social skills

  • Data Collection: Accurately record and report behavior data to monitor student progress and guide interventions

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with teachers, school psychologists, and families to ensure a consistent approach across settings

  • Positive Environment Building: Help maintain a supportive, structured classroom that promotes learning and engagement


Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ability to obtain certification in New Hampshire

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental/behavioral needs

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and work collaboratively with educational staff


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in psychology, education, special education, or behavioral science

  • Familiarity with ABA software platforms (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach)

  • Experience working with students with IEPs or in special education settings
