Charlotte, North Carolina - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Interviewing now for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a school near Charlotte, North Carolina for the upcoming 25/26 school year! 

Requirements:

• Active national BCBA License.

• Two Professional References.

• Familiar with NC IEP systems and RBT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Full-Time | On-site | 37.5 Hours/Week | Mon-Fri

• Start Date: 08/18/2025 - 06/05/2026 (Contract Position)

• Caseload: Collaborating with other BCBA's and providing supervision to RBT's.
  Details: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies, provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques, and maintain accurate records and data to track student progress.

• Pay Rate: (Based On Experience)
