Location: Chester, PA
Contract Dates: August 2025 – June 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Our dedicated school in Chester, PA is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team for the full 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support RBTs

• Provide behavioral support to students with ASD

• Collaborate with educators and school staff to implement behavior plans

• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience supervising ABA therapy

• Prior experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting
