We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school community near Dallas, TX for the 2025–2026 academic year. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Collaborating closely with educators, staff, and families, you’ll help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student is empowered to succeed.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents with special needs.
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations.
