We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on student progress.
Assist in the development of individualized goals for students.
Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction.
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve student behavior.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Current NH RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
