We are actively hiring a compassionate and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based ABA therapy role for the 2025–2026 school year. Key Responsibilities

As a school-based RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and provide direct ABA therapy to students. Responsibilities include:

  • Implement ABA-Based Behavior Intervention Plans: Reduce problem behaviors and teach positive, functional alternatives.

  • Provide 1:1 and Small Group ABA Therapy: Support students' academic, behavioral, and emotional growth.

  • Collect and Record Behavioral Data: Document session outcomes to track progress and treatment effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Educators and Families: Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and parents for consistent behavioral support.

  • Promote Inclusion and Positive Behavior: Contribute to structured, inclusive classroom environments.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to become certified

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or behavioral challenges

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, school-based team setting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or related fields

  • Familiarity with ABA data collection tools (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)

  • Prior experience working with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or in special education settings
