School Needs Part - time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in East Falmouth, MA. This role involves working one-on-one with a student and collaborating closely with a BCBA to gain hands-on experience with discrete trial training (DTT) and data collection.
Position Details:
- Location: East Falmouth, MA
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Schedule: 8:15 AM – 2:45 PM (flexible within these hours)
- Caseload: 1:1 student support
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with a student in a supportive school setting
- Implement discrete trial training (DTT) strategies
- Collect and document behavioral data under BCBA guidance
- Support the student’s individualized learning goals
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- Willingness to train with the BCBA on DTT and data collection
- Experience working with children/students in a behavioral support role preferred
