We are hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role offers hands-on work in behavior therapy with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to students as guided by BCBA

  • Assist with classroom transitions and student engagement

  • Track data and document behavioral progress

  • Support positive behavior strategies throughout the school day

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities

  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism
