Are you a compassionate and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to help students thrive in the classroom? We are actively hiring a full-time RBT to provide school-based behavioral support in Federal Heights, CO. In this role, you’ll work directly with students to implement ABA therapy strategies, support their emotional and academic growth, and contribute to a positive school environment.

You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized behavior intervention plans, track student progress, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Deliver structured interventions tailored to individual student needs
Provide Direct ABA Support: Conduct 1:1 and small group sessions to promote communication, behavior regulation, and academic engagement
Monitor Progress: Collect accurate behavior data and contribute to the evaluation of student outcomes
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school support staff to create cohesive support systems
Promote Inclusive Learning: Help maintain a safe, structured, and respectful classroom environment
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or ability to obtain certification in Colorado
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities or behavioral needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in dynamic, team-based school settings
Coursework or degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Experience in school settings, particularly with students who have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Familiarity with ABA data collection tools (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)
