Who are you?
- Certification: Must hold a National BCBA Certification
- Degree: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
- Preferred: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What will you do?
- Assess: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Support: Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
- Collaborate: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Document: Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Implement: Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
- Contribute to IEPs: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
