Who are you?

• Certification: Must hold a National BCBA Certification
• Degree: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies.
• Preferred: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What will you do?

• Assess: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Support: Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with various needs.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
• Document: Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Implement: Train and support school staff in implementing behavior management techniques.
• Contribute to IEPs: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.

What is in it for you?

• Compensation: $60+/hr
