We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic school-based team in Kansas City, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to provide individualized behavioral support in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Assess student behaviors, identify triggers, and create individualized interventions
Develop & Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Design personalized plans to promote student success and well-being
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, track, and evaluate behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions
Collaboration with School Teams: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to implement strategies consistently across settings
Staff Training & Support: Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior management techniques
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Certification: Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board required)
Experience: Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred but not required
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
