We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support students through evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategic support services.

Key Responsibilities

In this school-based BCBA role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating student behavior, developing customized plans, and guiding implementation across academic environments.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges

• Create and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive behavior change

• Collect, analyze, and interpret student behavioral data to inform decision-making

• Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to ensure consistent implementation

• Train and support school personnel in applying behavior strategies

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting

• Support district-wide initiatives, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Certification: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience: Preferred experience in school settings or with pediatric populations

• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills
