We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support students through evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategic support services.

In this school-based BCBA role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating student behavior, developing customized plans, and guiding implementation across academic environments.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges
Create and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive behavior change
Collect, analyze, and interpret student behavioral data to inform decision-making
Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to ensure consistent implementation
Train and support school personnel in applying behavior strategies
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
Support district-wide initiatives, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Certification: Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience: Preferred experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills
