Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to an elementary school student.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a school setting.
