We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K–12 school district in Moncks Corner, SC. This is a full-time, school-year role where you’ll help drive meaningful student progress through individualized behavioral strategies and collaborative support.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll be a key member of the special education and student services team, helping students overcome behavioral challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine the root of behavior concerns

• Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs

• Monitoring and analyzing behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions

• Collaborating with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and families

• Providing professional development and training staff on behavior strategies

• Contributing to IEP meetings and helping shape student-specific goals

• Supporting school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiatives

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Certification: Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience: Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

• Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities
