We are actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated school-based team in Mount Vernon, Ohio. In this full-time role, you’ll help students reach their potential by designing individualized behavioral interventions, collaborating with educators, and guiding support staff.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll serve as a behavioral expert within the school district, working hands-on to improve student outcomes through positive, data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate and understand student behaviors

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with student goals

• Track and analyze behavioral data to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and families

• Lead training sessions for school staff on behavior management techniques

• Contribute to IEP teams and support school-wide behavioral initiatives such as PBIS

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Certification: Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience: Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred

• Key Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, data interpretation, and a commitment to student-centered practices
