Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Dates: ASAP Start - July 2025
Hours: Full-Time M-F
Caseload/Details: More details provided on interview
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related human services field.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 Behavioral Support services under the guidance of a BCBA or other qualified professionals.
- Support the development and implementation of behavior strategies based on FBAs conducted by a supervising BCBA or Behavioral Specialist.
- Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to individuals in facility and community setting.
- Train caregivers, family members, and staff in positive behavioral interventions and data collection.
